GetDone

Terms of Service

Effective 20 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and GetDone for using GetDone. By signing in or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use GetDone.

The service

GetDone is a task management app with connections to other tools, available as a website and mobile apps. We may change, add or remove features, and some features may be limited, for example while they are in testing.

Your account

Your content

You own what you put into GetDone. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. We do not use your content to train models or for advertising.

If you are in a shared workspace, everyone in it can see and edit all its tasks and projects. Invite only people you trust, and use your personal workspace for private work.

Connected tools

When you connect a tool such as Jira, you tell us to act in it on your behalf: reading your issues and changing their status when you do. You confirm that you are allowed to connect it and to bring its data into GetDone, and that your use complies with that tool's own terms. GetDone is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian or any other third party. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make.

Acceptable use

Do not use GetDone to break the law or others' rights; to upload malware or attempt to access data that is not yours; to probe or disrupt the service; to send spam through invites; or to store content you have no right to store. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GetDone running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Back up anything critical. We may update these terms; if the change matters we will tell you, and continuing to use GetDone after the effective date means you accept them.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability limits) will survive.

Disclaimers

GetDone is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will meet your needs, that synced data from other tools will be complete or current, or that actions taken in a connected tool will always succeed.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, GetDone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to GetDone is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while GetDone is free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
