Your account and your data
Short answers about signing in and about deleting things. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Signing in
GetDone uses Continue with Google only. We receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password. You can remove GetDone’s access any time in your Google account’s security settings.
Change your name
Settings, Profile (website) or Settings, Account (iPhone app).
What you can delete yourself
| What | How |

| A task | Open it and choose Delete (the website asks you to confirm). |
| A project | Archive it from Projects. |
| Jira connection and token | Connect page, Disconnect. This deletes the stored token. |
| A shared workspace | Owners can delete it in Settings. This is permanent. |
Delete your account
Email getdone@sume.uk from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete your profile, your personal workspace and your memberships, and reply to confirm. If you own a shared workspace, transfer or delete it first, or tell us what to do with it.
Get a copy of your data
Email the same address and ask for an export. We will send your tasks, projects, labels and comments in a common format.
Who can see my data
- Only you, in your personal workspace.
- In a shared workspace, everyone in it.
- We do not sell data, run ads or use analytics trackers.
